Friday's show is ON!
Even though we had a snow day today, the Friday show is ON! See everyone at the 5PM call time.
The shows start this weekend!
Cast, tell all your friends to come out to see our shows this weekend! Also please wear your Legally Blonde T-shirtts to school to help advertise the show. Also remember that call times for Thursday and Friday are 5PM. Call times for Saturday are 11AM for the 1PM show and 5PM for the 7PM show.
Musical cast dues are due
If you haven't yet paid your cast dues for the musical, please do so as soon as possible. If you have a question as to how much you owe, please ask Miss Tycholiz. Also, Legally Blonde T-shirt orders are due by this Friday, Jan. 15th! Please make all checks out to CVHS Musical Productions.

Program Ads are due
Please turn in any program ads no later than Friday, January 11th. If you choose not to participate in selling program ads, you will have to pay the entire musical dues which are $125 per student. Remember that you can also purchase ad space for congratulatory ads for your student. Please remember that all program ads are to be turned in with a Ad Submission Form. You can get the form here. You can also submit ads electronically to cvhsmusicals@gmail.com. If you submit via e-mail you must still submit an completed Ad Submission Form with payment for the ad.
Senior biographies are due on Friday, Jan. 11th
Senior biographies are due no later than Friday, January 11, 2013. All cast members who are Seniors are asked to write a one paragraph biography which will appear in the show program. Your biography can include accomplishments, goals, thank yous, or all of the above. Your bio in the program will be accompanied by a head shot which will be taken at an upcoming rehearsal. Work on those bios!
Props List posted
A list of props has been posted on the website. Click here to see what props are needed. Contact Emonie Harris at monieharris78@yahoo.com if you would like to lend any of these items to the show.
Parent Volunteers needed!
We have a need for Parent Volunteers in the following areas:
Taking head shot photos for display in the lobby during the show run
Taking a cast photo for framing and selling at the show concession stand
Contacting media (newspapers, cable TV, etc.) to advertise the show
Help with makeup backstage before the shows
Volunteer to host the cast party (immediately following the final Saturday show on Feb. 9th)
Volunteers to help run the concessions stand during the shows
Volunteers to help build / paint stage sets
Volunteers to help find props / costumes for the show
Volunteers to help sell show tickets during show rehearsals
Donate items to sell at concessions such as: Bottled water, candy (Skittles, Swedish Fish, M&Ms), Gum, etc.

Parent meeting rescheduled for Wednesday, Nov. 28th
There will be an IMPORTANT Parent meeting in the auditorium after full cast rehearsal on Wednesday, Nov. 28th. We will be discussing details about the musical including information about student dues, scheduling, program ads, and props/costuming. We will also be asking for volunteers to help with various needs. It is strongly recommended that parents attend this important meeting!
